At Adishaa Jewels, we are committed to delivering your jewellery safely and efficiently. Every order is carefully inspected, packed, and dispatched to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful order confirmation and payment verification. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation along with your tracking details via email.

Delivery Timeline

We currently ship across India only.

Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days after dispatch. Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, public holidays, courier operations, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Remote locations may require additional delivery time.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order details.

At present, Adishaa Jewels does not offer free shipping.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via your registered email address so you can monitor your shipment throughout its journey.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate before placing your order.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, failed delivery attempts, or customer unavailability, we will contact you to arrange re-dispatch. Additional shipping charges will apply for re-shipping the order.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

Customers selecting Cash on Delivery are requested to ensure someone is available to receive the parcel.

If a COD order is refused, cancelled at the time of delivery, or remains undelivered due to customer-related reasons, the customer may be required to pay the applicable courier charges before any future orders are processed.

Delivery Delays

While we work with trusted courier partners to deliver your order promptly, Adishaa Jewels cannot be held responsible for delays caused by weather conditions, natural disasters, courier disruptions, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
